Gregory Cheng is a piano technician with more than 25 years of hands-on experience serving private clients, concert venues, universities, institutions, and piano dealers. In addition to tuning and service work, Greg specializes in QRS, Disklavier, and Steinway Spirio player systems, piano rebuilding, and polyester and lacquer furniture repair. Greg has completed the C.F. Theodore Steinway & Sons Factory Training Program as well as Yamaha’s Piano Service and Disklavier training programs. Throughout his career, Greg has been trusted by major piano manufacturers and regional dealers to represent their instruments and help ensure the highest level of service and customer care.
